The location was super central to the main train station. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. Check-in was quick. The breakfast was very good and the room was dark enough during the day for a good night’s sleep. Definitely enjoyed my stay!

the location is very 'convenient' if you enjoy the exuberance of seedy streets, i suppose. also, the staff could do a tiny bit better instead of sending me out for water. i mean, i expected a complimentary drink for my troubles but nooooo. this hotel definitely misses the mark on treating guests like royalty, as it should've. very disappointing!

Surprisingly small shower space made it tricky to maneuver comfortably. Intermittent WiFi on the fourth floor proved frustrating, cutting in and out during my stay. Heavy doors made for some rather loud slams as they were difficult to shut quietly, adding to the overall inconvenience. The surrounding area had numerous unsettling elements late at night, with a red-light district vibe that wasn’t ideal for families.

The rooms definitely need a thorough cleaning!!! Ripped towels, dusty furnishings, and filthy carpets detracted from the experience. Plus, having no AC in sweltering heat is quite uncomfortable!!!

I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Styles Frankfurt City, particularly the bright and clean room. The breakfast was delightful, featuring a lovely variety of choices that made mornings enjoyable. The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to assist me during my visit.
